Amanda Ly is a corporate and commercial lawyer who was admitted in August 2014. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2014 and has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Monash University.

Amanda delivers commercially focused and effective advice and solutions. She has advised clients on a broad range of issues, from corporate transactions including sale and purchase of business assets and due diligence to general commercial matters which include board governance, employment, property, litigation and intellectual property.

Prior to joining FAL, Amanda was a paralegal at ANZ specialising in securities.
