FAL Lawyers have worked with Commonwealth, State and Local government agencies for 20 years. Our founding lawyers were previously part of the in-house legal team at Sirotech, the former commercialisation arm of CSIRO.

The key to our success in this sector is our robust understanding of the political, economic and social considerations affecting government decisions, balanced by our experience advising multinational corporations and other businesses seeking to transact with government. We’ve also represented Commonwealth-funded bodies at parliamentary hearings and advised government departments on policy and drafting of legislation.
