Richard Browes has significant expertise in advising public health services, research institutions and CRCs.
He has extensive experience in advising on strategies for the commercialisation of IP, including licensing of patents, trademarks and copyright, both in Australia and internationally.
Richard is also highly adept at development of a wide range of commercial contracts, policies and procedures and works closely with the partners at FAL Lawyers to develop suites of model agreements for clients.
Prior to joining FAL as a Consultant in 2007, Richard worked in several leading London firms, focussing on intellectual property law. A number of global organisations have hired Richard to advise on their UK brand enforcement programmes.
