Caroline has significant experience advising both public and private sector clients on all aspects of technology, telecommunication and commercial matters. Caroline regularly advises on digital transformation, procurement and outsourcing, privacy (including data breaches) and the protection and commercialisation of data.
Caroline has extensive drafting and negotiation experience in relation to large scale, complex and high value digital infrastructure, technology and government procurement projects.
In addition to her transactional practice developed working for major firms Clayton Utz and Ashurst (including for a number of years in Ashurst’s London office), Caroline also has substantial experience advising on both EU privacy law and Australian data and privacy matters.
