Daniel Conti

Lawyer

BCom, JD

Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce prior to studying law, Daniel comes to FAL with a keen interest in achieving commercial outcomes for clients that are economical and efficient.

Daniel’s key practice areas are commercial litigation and insolvency, and he has become a vital member of the firm’s growing dispute resolution practice. Daniel has experience providing individuals, companies, and liquidators with advice in litigious and pre-litigious matters in the Magistrates’, County, and Supreme Courts of Victoria. Above all else, Daniel believes in providing clients with the best representation possible; he strives to break down complex legal concepts for clients, provide open and frank communication, and to be responsive to all client queries.

Beyond litigation, Daniel frequently works with colleagues on matters including building and construction law, charities, wills, and restructuring.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys cycling, cooking, and spending time with his beloved Border Collie ‘John.’
