Jennifer has experience in both private practice and in-house advising on a range of commercial, finance and corporate matters.

Prior to joining FAL, she has worked in-house at a California-based fintech company and in the finance practice of a top-tier international law firm in New York.

Jennifer has experience advising large investment and commercial banks as well as start-ups and listed companies and is currently seconded to the Department of Defence Commercial Legal Team.
