Wendy has broad experience in the areas of legal, governance and risk. She practises in the areas of commercial and corporate law, specialising in corporate governance for Australian companies and not for profit organisations.
Over the last decade, Wendy has assisted Australian companies (including ASX and dual-listed, public and private companies), international subsidiaries and not for profit organisations across a broad range of sectors with corporate governance and other commercial matters. She also has in-house perspective, having worked as a Deputy Company Secretary for a large not-for-profit organisation and a global ASX listed technology company, where she provided secretariat support to the Board of Directors and its Committees, and provided legal and governance services to the listed entity and its Australian and international subsidiaries. Wendy has also worked as a corporate lawyer and in-house legal counsel to a top-tier international law firm, supporting the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer with legal, governance and risk matters. Wendy enjoys drawing upon her in-house knowledge and experience, to provide practical and commercial legal advice to clients.
Outside her corporate governance practice, Wendy also has experience in commercial contracting, equity capital markets, Collaborative Research Centres, and PPP projects.
